Rising to the Challenge on MUA Day
On a recent Manipulation Under Anesthesia (MUA) day, AJ exemplified what it means to be All-In. As the sole therapist managing both MUA patients and the regular chiropractic schedule, AJ’s resilience was extraordinary. He arrived an hour early to begin therapies at 7:30 AM, stayed late to close the clinic, and made sure every detail—from patient care to clinic readiness—was handled with excellence.
Going the Extra Mile for Patients
AJ’s commitment didn’t stop with therapy. He personally wheeled patients to their vehicles post-procedure, ensuring they felt cared for every step of the way. His actions transformed routine care into memorable, compassionate experiences.
Supporting His Teammates with Humility
When asked the next day about his efforts, AJ humbly replied that it was “no problem.” He emphasized his gratitude for being able to help patients and explained he simply didn’t want to leave a teammate alone who hadn’t experienced an MUA day before. This selfless perspective highlights his deep sense of responsibility and teamwork.
A True Embodiment of HEART
From coordinating the clinic to staying late so everything was ready for the next day, AJ demonstrated humility, strength, and remarkable dedication. As his Clinic Director shared, AJ “absolutely held it down.” His calm, sincere, and team-first attitude inspires everyone around him.
