Showing HEART
When major scheduling changes were underway across multiple clinics, Dominique didn’t wait to be asked—she took initiative and offered help to every manager involved. Her deep knowledge of systems and her problem-solving mindset made a big impact. One colleague said it was like she had extra arms to juggle it all and still make time to guide others through the process.
In another situation, Dominique stepped up during a tense patient issue involving misbooked appointments and high emotions. Even with a packed schedule and limited options, she calmly found a solution, arranging transportation so the patients could still receive the care they needed. Her support helped turn a stressful moment into a positive outcome.
Finally, Dominique was recognized for her ongoing leadership and dedication to the AICA team. She builds strong relationships with providers, uplifts her staff, and always keeps patients at the center of her work.
Dominique’s actions reflect the HEART of AICA, and we’re proud to recognize her for the incredible example she sets.
